Carolyn has spent her career across every side of family law; as a solicitor in private practice, within the Family Court itself, and now exclusively as a mediator. That range gives her a rare, ground-level understanding of how matters move through the system, and what practitioners and their clients actually need from the mediation process.
Approach to Mediation
Carolyn believes successful mediation is not simply about reaching agreement.
It is about creating an environment where parties feel heard, legal issues are understood and practical solutions can be explored with confidence.
Drawing upon her 40 years of family law experience, Carolyn’s role is to assist parties and their legal representatives navigate difficult conversations with professionalism, impartiality and respect.
